Note: androidfry.com is not related or affiliated with Google, Google Play, or Android in any manner. Android is a trademark of Google Inc. just as all the games and apps are the property and trademark of their developers, home or personal use only. Androidfry shares the original APK file for all the free apps which is the same as in Google Play without any fraud, modification, or unlimited Gold patch.

We reserve our rights on our expenses to employ separate counsel or assume the defense and control of any issue concerning indemnification by you and you agree to cooperate in the defense of such a claim.

Under no circumstances, we or our directors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, affiliates, successors or subsidiaries, or assigns impose on you or the other Party for a claim for direct, incidental, indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damage, damage to computer, failure o store or deliver in time or untimely manner, material displayed or any information, a claim in contract or tort coming out of in connection to our site, site's content, users of our site, even if damages can be seen, or we have been advised or have knowledge of the possibility of such damages. You acknowledge or agree that we nor our content providers, licensees or licensors, nor foregoing entities distributors, resellers, suppliers, or service providers are accountable or liable for incompatibility between our site, other sites, service, browser, hardware, or software. We have the right to modify or discontinue, permanently or temporarily with or without notice. You accept you are not liable to a third-party app to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service.

If any provision of terms of use is declared void, illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, it will be severable from all provisions and will not slam or impair the enforceability or validity of it.

No provision of these terms of use will deem a continuous waiver of provisions or any other provision, and our failed attempt to assert any right or provision under these terms of use will not constitute a waiver of such provision or right.

We will dissolve the terms of use concerning you without any notice or cause to you at our sole discretion. After termination, you must stop using our website.

You accept that regardless of statute or law, the cause of action arising or related to our site should begin within 1 year or the cause of action will be permanently barred.
